Le Bistrot des Falaises is a restaurant in the heart of Saint-Romain, a village with emblematic cliffs near Beaune. Taken over in 2021 by Bertrand Gueucier, a young chef trained in several local restaurants (Les Terrasses, Rôtisserie du Chambertin, la Table du Square…), the restaurant’s aim is to create a place for sharing and conviviality, offering authentic, local cuisine.
